Well, where do I start... It's not as good as it's set up to be. But the taste is really good. I add hazelnut chocolate, it tastes a bit sour. there are problems with dissolution. To me, the small spheres that did not dissolve were similar to wallpaper glue. But after longer and stronger shaking, they also disappear. The daily doses were as follows: 1 spoon in the morning, 2 spoons after training and 1 spoon before going to bed. I couldn't bear to eat/drink more than 2 spoons at a time because it drove me crazy. Because if everything is true, there are 13 grams of protein in 1 spoon. Back to the texture: not thick, pleasant to drink. This almost 7 kilos was used up in 1 month and with moderately good food, it brought me 2.5 kilos. I rather experienced an increase in strength. :) Tip: if you take a little creatine with it. Then you could get a good creatine treatment with it :)

I ate it with a bag, it was mostly used as an ingredient in my morning smoothie. I used it with two measuring spoons for a smoothie (130 grams) and I was completely satisfied with it. It delivers what it promises, it does not attract a lot of water to the stomach, it is easily digestible and fills you up very well. Sometimes I also used this after training, it still energized me very well, it can't be compared to the plain grape sugar filling. For sure, I was in better strength until I started my days with this...! I recommend it to everyone, it really is a mass gainer with a very unique composition.
