Recommended use

I am 170 cm and 68 kg, so I was hoping that this gainer would add more, but even after 3 weeks, there is no difference in weight. The only good thing about this gainer is the taste, nothing more. It can't be compared to Kevin Levron's gainer, that's a different quality.
