I weighed myself, but it showed muscle, even though I usually only drank half a dose (with 2 measuring spoons). But even so, it contains 26 gr of protein and about 80 gr of carbohydrates if I count correctly... (some of the bigger name mass gainers also have "only" 20-30 gr of protein) so I think it's worth lowering the dose and it will last longer :) I think the taste is perfect, I ordered the chocolate one, there are no complaints about the dissolution either :)

I grow very well
I think this is a very good product. With moderate consumption, it lasted about 7 weeks for me. I took it lazily, if I may say so, because on training days I took two spoons in the morning - in the evening (so a whole dose), two spoons in the morning after training, then only in the evening, and on other rest days only 1 in the morning and 1 in the evening. During these 7 weeks, with moderately good food, he gained 5 kilos, of which about 4.5 were muscles (measured with a body composition measuring scale). I bought triple chocolate, the taste is phenomenal, both in milk and in water. I've been a big milk drinker all my life, but this is so good even in water that by the end I didn't even miss the milk. (Of course, it was only water after training, the rest had milk, it would be better if the absorption was a little longer then) I think it dissolves well, you have to shake it properly, not like my mother's soldier, and then it dissolves without any problems. It foams in milk like the animal, (but which milk doesn't? the milk itself foams) about half an hour before the foam settles, two minutes in water and it's ready to drink.

I had a big package of triple chocolate and I liked it even towards the end, really full of chocolate taste, no aftertaste or artificiality, artificial sweetener used only sucralose, no acesulfame or aspartame. Hello! feel free to take it because it gives you a lot, and of course it's more useful to wash it down with water after training than with milk for faster absorption, but as we know such powders taste pretty bad with water, but now with mutant mass, I was surprised that it tastes really good with ice cold water! overall, everyone, including me, has only good opinions about this product! the price is quite stable, the effect is maximum, the taste is great ;) good training everyone!
