- Clean and dry the skin around the mouth: Wash and dry your face thoroughly before application. Avoid the use of oily creams or balms, which may reduce the tape's adhesion.

- Remove the protective paper: Carefully remove the back film to expose the sticky side of the tape.
- Place the tape over your mouth: Place it horizontally over your lips to gently hold them together.
- Squeeze and fix: Press the tape with your fingers for 5-10 seconds to ensure it adheres well and stays in place throughout the night.
