Instructions for using the mouth tape

1. Clean and dry the skin around the mouth: Wash and dry your face thoroughly before application. Avoid the use of oily creams or balms, which may reduce the tape's adhesion.
2. Degrease the skin: If the skin is oily, we recommend gently wiping the mouth area with, for example, a cleansing wipe or a cotton pad with micellar water.
    
3. Remove the protective paper: Carefully remove the back film to expose the sticky side of the tape.
4. Place the tape over your mouth: Place it horizontally over your lips to gently hold them together.
5. Squeeze and fix: Press the tape with your fingers for 5-10 seconds to ensure it adheres well and stays in place throughout the night.
6. Use only if you can breathe comfortably through your nose: If you feel uncomfortable pressure, panic or have a stuffy nose, remove the tape immediately. We recommend trying it first while resting or reading before using it overnight.
