Dosage

Take 1 sachet daily (1 dose = 8 tablets/capsules) for 3 weeks (21 days). On training days, take 30-45 minutes before training. On non-training days, take 1 sachet between meals. After the 3-week treatment, skip one week. Repeat the cycle as needed. Stimulant complex is contained in an easily recognisable red capsule. You can skip it if necessary.
