Dosage
Hypotonic Drink should be taken during exercise to hydrate the body. Take the isotonic drink during exercise to replenish energy and lost minerals. Can also be used before a race to preload carbohydrates and minerals.
- Dilution ratio for isotonic drink is 35 g (slightly heaping scoop) per 500 ml water (osmolality 275-305 mOsm/kg)
- The dilution ratio for hypotonic drink is 35 g per 750 ml of water (osmolality less than 250 mOsm/kg)
Pour the corresponding amount of powder into a small amount of still water, stir, and top up to the desired volume. It is not suitable to use mineral water to prepare the drink, as this would disturb the mineral balance of the drink.
