Great belt
The belt is great, quite strong around the perimeter but also flexible. It doesn't cut and at the same time it supports very well. For the price, a great purchase. The Velcro keeps it tight. I use it on the whole body, except for abdominal exercises, when I loosen it. I have a waist circumference of 97 cm. the size of my belt is M (89-102), but a smaller one would also work for me - when I tighten it tightly, I have about 2-3 cm left. I would definitely buy it again.

It helps me a lot during training, it stiffens my back but does not hinder my training.
