Very good, thin, does not restrict when walking. Surprisingly, it can withstand quite a lot. I use it all the time and the velcro is the same quality as when I bought it. It can easily hold 100 or more kg as an additional load, which I really did not expect. A great purchase for me, at a great price (Y)
