The bag also includes 2 gel pockets that you can use to keep your food warm or cool according to your needs. The food bag also has a practical side pocket for storing a shaker or water bottle. It has an adjustable shoulder strap and a durable handle, thanks to which it ensures maximum comfort when carried. Shaker is not included in the bag!

For a cooling effect, we recommend placing the bag in the freezer for a few minutes. On the left side of the bag there is an open storage space for your bottle or shaker. On the right side of the bag you will find a spacious zip pocket.
