I ordered the product last week because it was on sale and I wanted to try a new fat burner. In general, my experience with thermogenic/complex fat burners is that I start taking them and start sweating profusely throughout the day, which is obviously very unpleasant and then I stop when I can't take it anymore. With the exception of one or two fat burners (scitech - revex 16, Biotech - Blade), the result was always similar. In general, I didn't really feel the appetite-reducing effect, I mostly just sweated both during and outside of training. This is the first fat burner that has noticeably reduced my appetite and increased my energy levels. After the first dose, I immediately postponed a weight training session around noon, followed by an hour and a half martial arts training session in the evening, and although I was sweating profusely and my heart rate was a little too high (+1 dose of hotblood before training), I didn't feel bad at all , nor burned out, and I could handle the training very well. So far it seems like a great product, although it is a bit interesting that it is recommended before the main meal. I would rather throw it in in the morning on an empty stomach, then in the afternoon, between 2 meals, again only on an empty stomach. I look forward to more!

It reduces my appetite, that's noticeable, it also increased my stamina. I run regularly and I run from 6-8 km a day and I'm completely fine whether it's raining, snowing, or dark. In addition, exercise. I noticed a decrease in weight, but of course you need to adjust your diet, exercise, and "not eat" in the evening and at night.
