After much deliberation, I chose this burner. I can say that it works as it should even when following a smaller diet in the form of intake of only carbohydrates with a low glycemic index. I left the fats and proteins in the norm. I added good cardio in the morning and evening to my training, and in the end, in 3 weeks I lost approximately 8 kg purely from fat (I think the anticortisol took over). So it paid off. Disadvantages include the number of pills. Overall, however, very satisfied with the product.
