Assembly of the pulley is quick and intuitive – with the help of the included manual, you can put it together within a few minutes. Simply fasten the strap to a pull-up bar, attach the pulley with the durable steel cable, and then connect the exercise attachment to the cable. A metal loading pin with a removable adapter is used to load the weights. Once you’ve selected the desired weight, you attach it to the other end of the steel cable. When using weight plates with a 50 mm hole, the adapter is used; for plates with a 30 mm hole, the adapter is removed. You can choose the weight and number of plates (plates are not included) according to your own needs and preferences. You can start light, but the pulley has a maximum load capacity of up to 150 kg, so it can handle even intense training sessions for advanced athletes.
