Dosage

Take 1-2 capsules in the morning, after a meal. Biosterol should be taken daily. Due to the stimulating effect, the supplement should be taken within 18 hours. On the day of training, take 1 capsule with the last meal before training. In case of taking 2 capsules per day - take twice a day after a meal.
