I personally recommend it with warm milk, it dissolves better and foams less. I recommend everyone to eat beef smoothies and beef. I read online that when a manufacturer produces a protein product from beef, the protein content of the raw material is broken down into pure amino acids through a hydrolysis process, which is also a filtering process. The end result is a protein with an almost 95% purity, which is then free of any other ballast. Where to start. The taste has nothing to do with chocolate. It tastes more like caramel with coffee. Especially if you have a gooey mass left in the shaker that is not dissolved. Poor solubility, foams like a fountain of water. Quite a big dissatisfaction, before I had a wpc from GB and it was excellent for the price. You have to mix it well, you have to wait a little and it will be good. The first beef protein I've tried. Izre is full of flavor, the most delicious white wine I've ever had. Creamy vanilla with a little bit of coffee. However, the foam is sloppy. After training, I drink it in a shaker mixed with cold water, but you get a big foam that can only be consumed when it is about half full.
