Dosage

Use 1 packet each day, 30-45 minutes before training, preferably on an empty stomach. As each pack contains a full daily dose of creatine, daily use is recommended for optimal results. On non-training days, you can take 1 packet at approximately the same time as if you were training. You can skip the red (stimulant) capsule on non-training days or if you train late in the evening.
