Protein is supplied by an official distributor for our country. Maybe it is different in Italy and therefore the price is different

I see that the protein contains 2.5g per serving, can I take extra creatine or is it enough in the protein? The maximum daily dose of creatine is 5g, which if I take 3 servings a day thet is 7,5g creatine is it harmful?

Hello, The protein contains 2.5 g of creatine per serving, so if you take 3 servings (7.5 g creatine daily), it slightly exceeds the usual recommended dose of 5 g. While this is not likely harmful short-term, long-term higher intake may stress kidneys, especially if you have any underlying conditions. You don’t need extra creatine if taking 3 servings daily.
