So Lenny & Larry began experimenting with new flavors and ingredients in 1993 to create a brand new food category: Baked Nutrition. Vegan, kosher and GMO-free are the ingredients that the popular Complete Cookies contain. The products contain a secretly formulated blend of vegetable proteins.
