Vitamin B6 (from pyridoxine HCl), magnesium (from magnesium aspartate), zinc (from mono L-methionine and zinc aspartate).

Hypromellose (cellulose capsule), rice flour and stearic acid (plant source).           

                        

Dosage

Take 3 capsules daily (men) or 2 capsules daily (women), preferably on an empty stomach, 30-60 minutes before bedtime. For best results, do not take it with dairy products or other foods that contain calcium.
