Wholegrain couscous is pasta in the shape of small balls, which is suitable as a side dish to meat or you can mix them with vegetables and prepare a tasty salad. Couscous is made from whole-grain durum wheat, and the whole-grain version is an excellent source of nutrients. Directions

Couscous doesn't need to be cooked. First, add quality oil to the couscous and stir with a fork to wrap the grains. Then pour boiling water or broth (ratio 1.5:1, water:couscous) and let stand for 10 minutes. Finally, stir with a fork so that it is not sticky.
