Ingredients

Beetroot with dried tomatoes flavour: wheat couscous, lentil flour, dried tomato chunks 8%, corn starch, dried onions, sea salt, dried beetroot concentrate 1.5%, dried garlic, ground black pepper, crushed rosemary.

Lentil with gluten-free herbs flavour: lentil flour 66%, instant corn porridge, corn starch, dried onions, sea salt, dried garlic, dried herbs 1.2% (marjoram, ground coriander)

Shiitake mushroom flavour: wheat couscous, lentil flour, corn starch, dried onions, sea salt, mushrooms (shiitake) 2.5%, flavouring, ground coriander, ground black pepper.     

                  

Preparation instructions

1. Pour the contents of the sachet (125 g) into a container of choice and mix together with 250 ml of hot water.
2. Stir the mix thoroughly and let it stand for about 10 minutes.
3. Make medium-sized burgers from the mix and fry them on both sides in hot oil until golden brown.

                          

The burgers go well with different types of pastries or vegetables. They also taste great with a side dish, such as mashed potatoes or vegetable-potato purée. You can also prepare the burgers on a grill. 

                    

One sachet (125 g) is enough to prepare about 2 – 3 servings (one serving corresponds to about 150 g of the finished product).
