In case you opt for the lentil one, you will be happy to know that it contains an even greater content of protein.  


Therefore, these burgers go well with various types of pastries, but are also perfect with vegetables or common side dishes like the roasted potatoes. Moreover, you can enhance the flavour even further with a calorie-free BBQ sauce or ketchup. On top of that, such burgers are quick and easy to prepare, so really anyone can make them. All you have to do is mix the contents of the sachet together with hot water and let it sit for a while. Afterwards, just make 2-3 medium-sized burgers. Once you prepare them, they are guaranteed to enchant you with their aroma, which is the harbinger of a perfect taste.

Beetroot with dried tomatoes flavour: wheat couscous, lentil flour, dried tomato chunks 8%, corn starch, dried onions, sea salt, dried beetroot concentrate 1.5%, dried garlic, ground black pepper, crushed rosemary.

Lentil with gluten-free herbs flavour: lentil flour 66%, instant corn porridge, corn starch, dried onions, sea salt, dried garlic, dried herbs 1.2% (marjoram, ground coriander)

Shiitake mushroom flavour: wheat couscous, lentil flour, corn starch, dried onions, sea salt, mushrooms (shiitake) 2.5%, flavouring, ground coriander, ground black pepper.     


Preparation instructions

  1. Pour the contents of the sachet (125 g) into a container of choice and mix together with 250 ml of hot water.
  2. Stir the mix thoroughly and let it stand for about 10 minutes.
  3. Make medium-sized burgers from the mix and fry them on both sides in hot oil until golden brown.


The burgers go well with different types of pastries or vegetables. They also taste great with a side dish, such as mashed potatoes or vegetable-potato purée. You can also prepare the burgers on a grill. 


One sachet (125 g) is enough to prepare about 2 – 3 servings (one serving corresponds to about 150 g of the finished product).
