The eicosapentaenoic acid (EPA) and docosahexaenoic acid (DHA) are their important components. In one dose, which is 3 capsules, you will get 75 mg of EPA and 150 mg of DHA. One package contains up to 90 capsules, representing up to 30 doses of omega-3 fatty acids.
