L-Tyrosine is one of the essential amino acids required for the production of neurotransmitters dopamine, norepinephrine and epinephrine, and is a precursor of the thyroid hormone. When the physical and mental activity in the body is permanently increased, these neurotransmitters are deficient, which reduces the ability to concentrate, overall performance is lowered and the body is in the state of permanent fatigue. It thus helps to increase mental activity. Another function of this amino acid is its involvement in a mechanism that helps increase the use of energy from adipose tissue - the "secondary burner".

Recommended use
Take according to your weight. Up to 50 kg 2 capsules, up to 75 kg 3 capsules and over 75 kg 4 capsules 30 - 40 minutes before physical activity.
Usage
- Capsules are intended to be swallowed with plenty of water or sports drink, alcohol and milk drinks are not suitable.
