Micronized creatine monohydrate, taurine, saponins (Fenugreek seeds).

          

Recommended use

Creatine can be used in two phases; the loading phase, which lasts 5 days, and the second phase, the so-called maintenance phase. For two-phase usage, the dosing is as follows:

 

Loading phase (5 days) daily intake:

  • body weight up to 85 kg - 20g (4 servings of 5g)
  • body weight 85 -100 kg - 25 g (5 servings of 5 g)
  • body weight over 100 kg - 30 g (6 servings of 5 g)

 

It is ideal to take servings throughout the day, preferably in the morning on an empty stomach, 30-60 minutes before and after training.

                 

Maintenance phase (2-3 weeks) daily intake:

  • body weight up to 85 kg - 2 g single use
  • body weight 85 kg - 100 kg - 3 g single use
  • body weight over 100 kg - 5 g single use

 

Take servings once a day, on the training day immediately after training, on a non-training day in the morning on an empty stomach.

 

After completing both phases, a 3-4 week pause is recommended.
