It contains 8 essential, 6 conditionally essential and 4 non-essential amino acids, which are important building blocks of proteins. Essential amino acids are ones that cannot be produced by the body and therefore need to be supplemented from food and dietary supplements. Conditionally essential amino acids include arginine, glutamine, tyrosine or cystine. In addition, this product contains aspartic acid, serine, alanine and glycine, that belong to the non-essential amino acids. Suggested Use
