Salmon Jerky is dried Scottish salmon meat cut into bite-sized pieces, standing out with its unique taste. The salmon pieces are marinated, seasoned and then dried and smoked over beech wood. During this time, the meat is dehydrated - about 160-200 grams of raw salmon is used to prepare 100 grams of jerky. The result of this entire process is delicious dried meat, which is a great source of protein. This means eating salmon jerky contributes greatly to the growth and maintenance of your muscle mass. In addition, the jerky boasts a high proportion of omega-3 fatty acids, which are known to contain EPA (eicosapentaenoic acid) and DHA (docosahexaenoic acid). Salt & Spice flavour : salmon (200 g of salmon used per 100 g of jerky), cane sugar, soy sauce (soy beans, water, salt, vinegar), apple cider vinegar, sea salt, tapioca starch, pepper, dried garlic, dried onion, sugar, dried red peppers, dried green peppers, antioxidants (sodium ascorbate), preservatives (sodium nitrite).

Sweet Chilli flavour : salmon (160 g of salmon used per 100 g of jerky), cane sugar, soy sauce (soy beans, water, salt, vinegar), apple cider vinegar, tapioca starch, dried garlic, hydrolysed vegetable protein, dried onion, chilli, dried jalapeño, yeast extract, pepper, red pepper, citric acid, paprika extract, sunflower oil.
