Run&Bike Endurance Gel is a practical gel with a high content of carbohydrates for a fast source of energy. It contains maltodextrin and fructose, which are suitable for supplementing energy needs during running or cycling. Together with the amino acid beta alanine, they serve to improve endurance and also increase physical performance. Beta alanine is a building block of the carnosine molecule, which helps to suppress acid in the muscles and can support sports performance in activities with a moderate to high load. Run&Bike Endurance Gel is therefore an ideal accessory for endurance athletes during demanding trainings and competitions.

Composition
Maltodextrin, water, fructose, beta-alanine, flavorings, preservatives (potassium sorbate and sodium benzoate), acidity regulator (citric acid), colorant: riboflavin (tutti frutti flavor), curcumin (aloe flavor).
Dosing
Take 1 sachet (40 g) before or during training.
