Rice wholegrain flour is an easily digestible and naturally gluten-free flour ideal for preparing your favorite dishes. It is made from whole-grain semi-husked rice and undergoes a special processing procedure. Despite its light texture, it evokes a feeling of satiety and gives the gluten-free dough ideal volume and rigidity. However, you can also mix it with other types of flour and use it to prepare any meal. It does not contain any added sugar and, thanks to purely plant ingredients, it is also suitable for vegans.
