Recommended use

Start with the beginner serving by mixing 12.5 g (2.5 scoops) in 100-125 ml of water to assess your tolerance. After the body creates a slight resistance, you can increase your serving to a maximum value of Expert serving, 25 g (5 scoops) in 200-225 ml of water. Shake well and consume about 30 minutes before your workout.
