Composition
L-glutamine, a mixture of BCAA (L-leucine, L-isoleucine, L-valine), creatine monohydrate, acids (citric acid, malic acid), flavourings, anti-caking agents (silica, calcium silicate), acidity regulator (sodium bicarbonate) , dye (red beet), thickener (guar gum), sweeteners (sucralose, acesulfame K), lactoferrin (BioFerrin® 2,000, milk), panax ginseng root extract.
Dosing
Mix 1 measuring cup (18 g) with 150 ml of cold water and use immediately after training.
