Junior Purchasing specialist

Full-time regular employment contract (TPP)
Fixed monthly salary between 1400 EUR (our final offer to you will depend on your skills and experience)

RESPONSIBILITIES:
- placing orders with our vendors and ordering transport;
- managing a purchasing budget of up to 5M €/Y+, more than 50+ suppliers and 1000 SKUs (stock keeping units);
- analyzing your own portfolio of suppliers, products for listing or delisting, size and periodicity of orders, minimizing overstock or out of stock, and analyzing margins as well as trade conditions;
- resolving complaints with suppliers and negotiating advantageous deals from suppliers;
- updating our internal databases with order details (dates, vendors, quantities, discounts);
- pre-stock, create of products and transport ordering;
- checking the compliance of incoming invoices against customs, being responsible for resolving discrepancies and ensuring accuracy;
- maintaining invoices and contracts with suppliers.
REQUIREMENTS:

- fresh graduate required or University under-graduate;
- English level: B2/C1 proficiency;
- analytical skills and strong attention to detail;
- ability to run several tasks parallely and take over large responsibility;
- experience of doing cost analyses and cost / processes optimizations an advantage;
- work in a very fast working ecosystem, start up with triple digits growth;
- business spirit and negotiation skills;
- desire to grow and self-educate beyond working responsibilities;
- always going the extra mile to achieve great results.
REQUIREMENTS - NICE TO HAVE
- advanced Google sheets;
- experience in B2B purchasing from abroad;
- experience in B2B purchasing;
- passion for sports nutrition industry and healthy grocery;
- experience with procurement;
- experience with clearance goods from abroad;
- agile project management fundations;
- certification from fields supply chain management, operational excellence work-out and kaizen facilitator or lean inventory management;
- knowledge of customs legislation.
