Composition
Gourmet strawberry flavour: Organic oatmeal: whey protein concentrate, whey protein isolate, L-glutamine, L-leucine, L-isoleucine and L-valine. BCAA, glutamine, HMB, natural strawberries 3%, sucralose, no added dyes.
Preparation
For best results, add 100-150 ml of cold water or milk, and heat in a microwave for 60 seconds.
