Chocolate chip flavor: wheat flour (gluten), wheat gluten, whey protein (milk), chocolate (8%) (sugar, cacao bits, dextrose, cacao butter), cornflour, inulin, raising agent (sodium bicarbonate), iodinated salt, emulsifier ( lecithin), aroma, sweeteners (sucralose, acesulfame potassium).

Classic flavor: wheat flour (gluten), wheat gluten, whey protein concentrate (milk), cornflour, inulin, iodinated salt, raising agent (sodium bicarbonate), emulsifier ( lecithin), aroma, vanilla powder,  sweeteners (sucralose, acesulfame potassium).

Cookie & cream flavor: wheat flour (gluten), wheat gluten, whey protein (milk), cookies bits (15%) (wheat flour (added calcium, iron, niacin, and thiamine), plant oil (palm, rapeseed), sugar, cacao, invert sugar syrup, raising agent (sodium bicarbonate) salt), inulin, iodinated salt, emulsifier ( lecithin), aroma, sweeteners (sucralose, acesulfame potassium).

White chocolate flavor: wheat flour (gluten), milk protein (milk), powdered creamer (milk), wheat gluten, inulin, raising agent (sodium bicarbonate), natural aromas, emulsifiers (calcium phosphate, soy lecithin), salt, sweeteners (sucralose, potassium acesulfame)..

White chocolate raspberry flavor: wheat flour (gluten), wheat gluten, whey protein (milk), cornflour, raspberries (4%), inulin, raising agent (sodium bicarbonate), emulsifiers (lecithin), iodinated salt, aroma, sweeteners (sucralose, acesulfame potassium).

   

Usage and preparation

Mix one portion of the mixture (3 scoops) with 100 ml of water or milk and shake well (use a shaker or a hand mixer). Cook the running mixture on both sides until golden brown. One portion makes 2 to 3 middle-sized pancakes.
