Recommended use                      

Consume 1 serving a day, ideally after training. Mix 25 g with 150 ml of water or skim milk in a shaker or blender. For optimal taste, 150 ml is recommended, but these are only instructions, and you can add more or less water as needed. Consume immediately after mixing. We recommend that you use a scale for accurate measurements, as the measuring cup measures in millilitres rather than grams.
