Milk protein 81%, milk isolate 5% (contains soy lecithin), egg albumin 3%, pineapple dried by frost, whey concentrate 2%, aroma, coconut milk powder, magnesium carbonate, thickening: guar gum, sweeting: sucralose, vitamin C, vitamin E, nicotinamide, calcium D-pantothenate, vitamin B6, vitamin B2, vitamin B1, biotin, vitamin B12.
Recommended use
Mix 1 serving (2 measuring cups = 30 g) in 400 ml of skimmed milk (or water) and use 3 times per day. We recommend using for breakfast, during the day, after training and before sleep.
