Composition

micellar casein (milk), whey protein concentrate (milk), reduced fat cocoa powder, organic barley malt (powder), L-ornithine, L-glycine, L-tryptophan, L-theanine, Pepform® Leucine (L-leucine) , whey peptides (milk), sweetener (sucralose).

     

Dosage

Add 1 scoop to 150-175 ml of water or milk. Stir in a shaker and then heat in the microwave for 40-60 seconds. It is also possible to consume cold.
