Protein Breakfast: healthy and profuse breakfast with the addition of magnesium from guarana

Protein Breakfast is ideal protein for breakfast which has optimal proportion of proteins (21,9g) and carbohydrates with addition of magnesium from guarana. In this breakfast protein, whey protein concentrate (WPC) was used, which is the source of proteins with the highest biological value, is rich of amino acids with branched chain (BCAA). The source of carbohydrates in the product are rice and oat flakes with simple and complex sugars. The product is suitable for everyone who wants to increase muscle mass and power or to shape the body.

Ingredients 

Maltodextrin, whey protein concentrate, glucose, oat flakes, rice flakes, acidity regulator - citric acid, thickeners E466 and E1422, magnesium carbonate, emulsifier: soy lecithin, guarana extract (paullinia cupana), colourings: E124 (strawberry, cherry yoghurt, berry flavour) - consumption may have a negative effect on children's activity and concentration, E150c (chocolate flavour), (coconut - vanilla flavour), E133 (berry flavour), sweetener: acesulfame K. Contains milk derivatives, may contain traces of egg, soy, wheat, celery and mustard.

Recommended use

100 g (4 servings) dissolve in 200 ml of water and skimmed milk in a shaker. Use as an alternative to breakfast.
