Double chocolate flavour: 41.8% whey and milk matrix (whey protein concentrate, micellar casein (milk), calcium caseinate (milk), whey protein isolate), 4.5% cocoa, 1% chicken egg albumin, wheat gluten, wheat flour, (sodium bicarbonate), salt, acidifying agent (citric acid), flavour, emulsifier (soy lecithin), sweeteners (acesulfame K, sucralose).

Banana flavour: 41.8% whey and milk matrix (whey protein concentrate, micellar casein (milk), calcium caseinate (milk), whey protein isolate), 1% chicken egg albumin, wheat gluten, wheat flour, (sodium bicarbonate), salt, acidifying agent (citric acid), flavour, emulsifier (soy lecithin), sweeteners (acesulfame K, sucralose).

     

Recommended use and preparation

1. Mix 2 scoops (approx. 50 g) of the powder with 120 ml of low-fat milk or water.
2. Put 1/2 tablespoon of oil in the pan.
3. Bake the pancakes until golden on both sides.
