I ordered it in strawberry flavor, I think I got it with this flavor, I don't know what the others are like, but it was horrible. But as I can see, there is no strawberry selection among the flavors. It brought the mass quite well, but no better than the other proteins I have bought so far. It's a shame that it's so expensive, I've only ordered 1 box of it so far, I don't think I'll play it more than once because of the price. Its dissolution is perfect. I can't say the effect yet, I haven't been eating it for a long time, but it's definitely good. This protein has a protein content of around 85% (depending on the taste) and almost zero fat and carbohydrate content. That's why no one should expect uber-creamy, delicious meat, BUT knowing that the protein content is so high, the taste is excellent. I bought chocolate, it's not too sweet, that's why it's good, it doesn't make me nauseous. You can add dextrose, you can play with proportions, and of course all proteins are tastier with milk.
