Recommended use

Dissolve 15 g (1/2 scoop) in 250 ml of water. Take approximately 30 minutes before strength sports activity. For activities of an endurance nature, this product must be supplemented with carbohydrates and other fluids (e.g. ISODRINX). The maximum dose is 15 g. The recommended daily intake must not be exceeded. Once opened, store at a temperature of up to 25 °C and consume within 3 months.
