Chocolate flavour: oats (61%), sugar, milk protein concentrate, skimmed milk powder, chocolate flakes (5%) (cocoa mass, sugar, cocoa powder with reduced fat content), natural flavouring.

Salted caramel flavour: oats (66%), skimmed milk powder, sugar, milk protein concentrate, pieces of caramel (3%) (sugar, sweetened condensed milk, glucose syrup, butter (milk), emulsifier (soy lecithin), salt), natural flavouring, sea salt (0.3%).

Golden syrup flavour: oats (66%), skimmed milk powder, sugar, milk protein concentrate, natural flavouring.

Apple cinnamon flavour: oats (66%), skimmed milk powder, sugar, milk protein concentrate, lyophilized apple pieces (1.5%), ground cinnamon (0.2%).

Recommended Use

Add boiling water to the line inside the pot. Add less water for a thicker consistency, more for a thinner one. Stir thoroughly and then replace the foil lid. Leave to stand for 2 or 3 minutes.
