Omega 3 is a source of omega-3 fatty acids that our body is not able to produce by itself. Therefore, we must receive them through our diet or nutritional supplements. One capsule is a source of up to 1000 mg of fish oil, 180 mg of eicosapentaenoic acid (EPA) and 120 mg of docosahexaenoic acid (DHA), which will take care of your heart's health. Besides, DHA ensures the proper functioning of the brain and contributes to maintaining good eyesight. Omega 3 softgel capsules are produced by a molecular distillation process, which does not contain potentially harmful substances such as PCBs, dioxins, mercury and other heavy metals.

Ingredients
Omega 3 fatty acids, softgel capsules [bovine gelatin (BSE-free), glycerin, water] and D-alpha tocopherol (from soy). Contains fish (anchovies, sardines, tuna).
Recommended use
