Omega 3 are capsules containing omega-3 fatty acids from fish oil. These are among the polyunsaturated fatty acids that are important for human health. An important component is eicosapentaenoic acid (EPA) and docosahexaenoic acid (DHA), which contribute to proper heart function. In one dose, which represents 3 capsules.
