Omega 3:6:9 is a supplement that combines omega-3, omega-6, and omega-9 fatty acids, in the form of capsules. It is a source of fatty acids EPA and DHA, which are obtained from fish oil. Both substances contribute to proper heart function with their 250 mg. DHA also affects eyesight and proper brain function. It also contains linolenic acid (known as CLA), which is a common part of fat burners. It has a positive effect on weight loss, as it helps maintain normal blood cholesterol levels. The supplement also contains vitamin E, which helps protect cells against oxidative stress, borage oil, oleic acid, and natural lemon oil.
