Omega 3-6-9 is a unique combination of omega-3, omega-6 and omega-9 fatty acids in the form of soft gelatin capsules. It contains a mixture of vegetable oils - linseed, evening primrose, canola, pumpkin seed oil and blackcurrant oil. Each of these oils provides important amino acids, nutrients, as well as many vitamins and minerals beneficial to our bodies. They are a rich source of ALA, DHA and EPA acids which maintain heart, eye and brain health, as well as normal blood cholesterol levels.
