The flakes can thus boast a rich content of fiber, protein and several types of vitamins and minerals. You will be enriched with iron, folic acid, niacin, pantothenic acid, thiamine, vitamin B12, riboflavin, vitamin B6 and vitamins D and E.
Contained palm oil comes from sustainable sources, and thanks to purely plant ingredients, the oat flakes are also suitable for vegetarians and vegans. You can make your favorite breakfast from them and they are also suitable for heat treatment.
