Recommended use
- Up to 75 kg of the body weight and for sensitive athletes mix 8,5 g serving with 150 ml of water.
- Over 75 kg of the body weight or for high proficiency training mix 17 g serving with 300 ml of water.
Consume 30 minutes before training. The recommended use should not be exceeded!
- ¼ measuring scoop = approx. 8.5 g, ½ measuring scoop = approx. 17 g. Mix the recommended serving with water.
- bag: ½ bag = 8.5 g, 1 bag = 17 g. Mix the recommended serving with water. Once opened, use within 2 days.
