MCT Oil contains medium-chain triglycerides from coconut oil and palm seed oil. It also contains caprylic and capric acid and is an excellent substitute for regular table oil for cooking, but also salads and sauces.
MCT Oil is a source of medium-chain triglycerides from coconut oil and palm seed oil. These are types of fats that are faster and better digested than other fats. The main components of MCT oil are caprylic acid (C8) at 50% and capric acid (C10) at 30%. You can use it as a substitute for table oil because it is great for cooking, or in salads and sauces. In addition, it does not contain GMOs and is also suitable for vegans.
