Lutein 10 mg are soft gel capsules containing lutein from lutein esters and extract of Sunset Giant (Tagetes erecta) flower. Lutein is an orange-red pigment produced by plants, which is found in colorful fruits and vegetables. In the human body, lutein is found in the macula, which is the part of the eye responsible for central vision. Each capsule contains 10 mg of lutein without the use of GMOs, soy, milk, and eggs.
