L-Tryptophan is an essential amino acid that is a precursor of serotonin and melatonin. Serotonin, also called the "happiness hormone", has a positive effect on our mood. In addition, it has an effect on memory, sleep or digestion. Melatonin, a "sleep hormone", in turn, helps reduce the time it takes to fall asleep, while alleviating feelings of fatigue after a long flight to a different time zone (jet lag). The product does not contain any animal components and is therefore also suitable for vegans.

Use
